Welcome behind the scenes of the aquariums
Entrance via lobbyExperience the inside of the Aquarium. Experience what happens behind the aquariums and walk through the keepers' walkway on your own, this is normally a place only zookeepers have access to. You get to see the nine aquariums in the Rotunda from the back. Unfortunately, this area is not universally designed. Best suited for school-age children and older.
Reptile feeding
Tropical exhibition in the basementWhich animal will get food today? It varies from time to time. Today it might be a gecko, one of our snakes, or the monitor lizards that will be fed. Show up to get the answer.
Penguin
Outside at the penguin habitatWatch when the penguins get fed. Learn something new about penguins, and get to know the great gentoo penguin that live here. What do they eat, how do we manage to tell the difference between them and why do they have the beautiful plumage?
"Chaos in the penguin pond" - (language: Norwegian - sub: Norwegian)

It is the penguins themselves, with the help of a creative voice, who narrate and describe. Get ready to meet Herman Piele, Ulrikke, Bekki, Ninjago and the other penguins. Here it will be educational fun, with a new side of life in the pond. This is a treat for all penguin fans.

Otter
Outside at the otter habitatGizmo and Bella are European otters. A semi-aquatic predatory mammal in the marten family. This means that they live partly in water and partly on land. In Norway, European otters are found all over the country, but most in the coastal areas from central Norway and northwards. They also do well in water and waterways, and occasionally you can even meet them high up in the mountains.

Evening feeding of the sea lions

Fish is the favorit food of the sea lions and it tastes just as good served from a trainer as an activity in the water. After a brief introduction, you will walk together to the sea lion habitat.
